Bookings created outside of these dates are excluded from this incentive. Submissions to register for the travel advisor incentive cabin must be completed through the online form by end of business 01/16/2023 - and will not be accepted after 1/16/2023.  Qualifying bookings must be made on one of Princess' qualified 2023 Alaska voyages. All three qualified client bookings must be paid in full prior to Princess booking the travel advisor incentive cabin. If any submitted bookings are not fully paid at the time of submission, the travel advisor may still submit their entry - but the selected advisor booking will not be made until all three client bookings have been paid in full. The travel advisor incentive cruise selections must be from the pre-approved list of qualified 2023 voyage. Requesting one of these voyages does not guarantee placement on said voyage. The voyage must be approved based on space availability after your entry has been verified for eligibility. When submitting for this incentive, DO NOT HOLD space for your booking as this may result in the forfeiture of your reward. Existing bookings cannot be converted to your “free” incentive booking. Cruise Fare amount will be zero for a standard balcony cabin category. Guest is responsible for Crew Appreciation, Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses, Princess Plus/Premier, transportation to/from the ship, and any other onboard expenditures. Space is capacity controlled, subject to availability, and cabin assignment is done by Princess - cabin upgrades of any kind are unavailable for this program. This incentive is extended to select travel advisors in the United States and Canada (with the exception of Quebec) and is not transferable. The travel advisor who earned the free cabin must be an active registered travel advisor, and must sail on the primary guest in the free cabin in order to qualify. If, at any time up to embarkation, the earned travel advisor cannot sail, the entire incentive booking will be cancelled and forfeited. Once the travel advisor booking number has been issued, no changes can be made from the selected voyage unless Princess makes a significant itinerary or deployment change to the selected voyage. Once booked, if a travel advisor is no longer able to travel on their selected cruise, the incentive is forfeited (no replacements on new bookings). Bookings made on a Travel Advisor or Interline Booking are excluded from qualified bookings (promo Y**).

Guest changes/additions/cancellation to the Travel Advisor booking must be submitted in writing to princess-sales@princesscruises.com.

Princess Plus and Premier are not included with this incentive and are offered as add-ons at the guest's discretion.
