Sell 3, Sail Free! Offer (2023-Q1-INC-S3SF) is valid on select 2023 cruises of 7 days or longer, and must be new cruise bookings made from January 9 – February 28, 2023 (1/9/2023 – 2/28/2023). Client Bookings created outside of these dates are excluded from this incentive. Three (3) qualifying Client Bookings must be booked on one of Princess' select 2023 voyages of 7 days and longer between February to December 2023 (excludes Discovery, Royal and Ruby Princess Alaska, and Crown Princess 9/26/23 and Grand Princess 5/1/2023 Alaska (click here for the list of qualifying voyages) in order to qualify. All three qualified Client Bookings must be paid in full prior to Princess proceeding with the Travel Advisor Applicant’s (known as the “Applicant”) earned Incentive Booking. The Applicants’ name must match the travel advisor name on each Client Booking. Client Bookings made on a travel advisor or interline rate are excluded from qualified bookings (promo Y**). Client Bookings made on a Casino rates are excluded from qualified bookings (promo E**).
Submissions to register for the Sell 3, Sail Free! Offer (2023-Q1-INC-S3SF) must be completed by the “Applicant” the online form by end of business 03/13/2023 - and will not be accepted after 3/13/2023. If any submitted bookings are not fully paid at the time of submission, the Applicant may still submit their entry, but the Incentive Booking will not be made until all three Client Bookings have been paid in full. This incentive is extended to select travel advisors in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and is not transferable. The Applicant for the Incentive Booking must be an active registered travel advisor on POLAR Online®.
The Applicants’ Incentive Booking cruise selections must be from the pre-approved list of select, qualified 2023 Alaska, Canada & New England, Caribbean, Coastal, Mexico cruises of 7 days and less. Requesting one of these voyages does not guarantee placement on said voyage. The voyage must be approved based on qualified space availability after the entry has been internally verified for eligibility. The Cruise Fare amount for the stateroom (standard balcony cabin category only) will be zero (0) US dollars. The Applicant is responsible for Crew Appreciation, Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses, Princess Plus/Premier, transportation to/from the ship, and any other onboard expenditures associated with the Incentive Booking. Full payment for the Incentive Booking is required with-in 24 hours once the booking number has been issued by Princess. The Applicant must be the primary guest on the Incentive Booking. If, at any time up to embarkation, the Applicant cannot sail, the earned Incentive Booking will be cancelled and forfeited (no replacements on new bookings).
Cruise selection for the Incentive Booking is capacity controlled, subject to availability, and cabin assignment is done by Princess - cabin upgrades of any kind are unavailable for this program. When submitting for this incentive, DO NOT HOLD space for the Incentive Booking as this may result in the forfeiture of your reward - existing bookings cannot be converted to the Incentive Bookings. Once the Incentive Booking number has been issued, no changes can be made from the selected voyage unless Princess makes a significant itinerary or deployment change to the selected voyage. Guest changes/additions/cancellation to the Incentive Booking must be submitted by email to princess-sales@princesscruises.com
Incentive Bookings are subject to the same Standard Policy for Guest Cancellations, Refunds & Final Payment for all Princess bookings found at this link. Taxes, Fees, and Ports Expenses are refundable based upon that policy, as well as Crew Appreciation if it is not bundled into a fare package. Princess Plus and/or Premier packages, as well as any additional optional add-ons (i.e. transfers, airfare, onboard services, etc.) would all be subject to that policy and cancellation schedule detailed at this link.
Princess Plus and Premier Fare Packages are not included with the Incentive Booking and are offered optionally as add-ons at the guest's discretion. Please note that prices, packages, and items not included in this incentive are subject to change at any time and are not controlled by the Princess Sales Administration team. Note: Fare Packages appear under “Cruise Fare” on your invoice, but do not modify the Incentive Booking stateroom fares themselves.
