One Seminar at Sea submission request per travel advisor, per year is permitted.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Full payment for your booking is required at least four weeks prior to embarkation, once your booking number has been issued. Please do not ask for any cabin upgrades when onboard and there should be no solicitation of guests.
Seminar at Sea is extended to select travel advisors in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and is not transferable. The Applicant for the Seminar at Sea Booking must be an active registered travel advisor on POLAR Online®. One Seminar at Sea submission request per travel advisor, per year is permitted. *Please note: TF&PE are amounts provided at publication and subject to change.

Requesting one of these voyages does not guarantee placement on said voyage. The voyage must be approved based on qualified space availability after the entry has been internally verified for eligibility. The Cruise Fare amount for the stateroom is listed in the table above, listed in US Dollars, is per person, and includes the Princess Plus fare package. These are true per person rates. In addition, the Applicant is responsible for Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses, transportation to/from the ship, and any other onboard expenditures associated with the Seminar at Sea Booking. Full payment for the Seminar at Sea Booking is required at least four weeks prior to embarkation. The Applicant must be the primary guest on the Seminar at Sea Booking. If, at any time up to embarkation, the Applicant cannot sail, the Seminar at Sea Booking will be cancelled and forfeited (no replacements on new bookings). Please do NOT make multiple submission requests - we are working in the order in which they have been received. Please wait to hear from Sales Administration directly before requesting changes or submitting for alternative voyages.

Cruise selection for the Seminar at Sea Booking is capacity controlled, subject to availability, and cabin assignment is done by Princess. When submitting for this incentive, DO NOT HOLD space for the Seminar at Sea Booking as this may result in the forfeiture of your application - existing bookings cannot be converted to the Seminar at Sea Bookings. Once the Seminar at Sea Booking number has been issued, no changes can be made from the selected voyage unless Princess makes a significant itinerary or deployment change to the selected voyage. Guest changes/additions/cancellation to the Seminar at Sea Booking must be submitted by email to princess-sales@princesscruises.com

Seminar at Sea Bookings are subject to the same Standard Policy for Guest Cancellations, Refunds & Final Payment for all Princess bookings found at this link. Taxes, Fees, and Ports Expenses are refundable based upon that policy. Princess Plus and/or Premier packages, as well as any additional optional add-ons (i.e. transfers, airfare, onboard services, etc.) would all be subject to that policy and cancellation schedule detailed at this link.
