Seminar at Sea is an onboard training program facilitated by a Princess Development Manager(s) providing educational seminars during the course of the cruise. This is a great opportunity for travel advisors to experience a Princess cruise firsthand at a discounted price while also attending structured Princess training to help travel advisors learn more so you can sell more! Come join us for this opportunity to sail, network and learn!

Full payment for your booking is required within 7 days once your booking number has been issued. To register indicates you wish to be booked/pay for this cruise. Failure to pay will result in auto-cancellation and will not be reinstated.

  • You will receive an email confirmation from Sales Administration [princess-sales@princesscruises.com] with further event details once your booking number has been issued.
  • Dining will be on your own and you will be able to enjoy the port cities at your leisure. Training attendance is required for all travel partners. Trainings will typically take place on sea days.
  • We are working through the submissions in order of receipt. Sales Administration will advise you of the status of your requested booking as soon as possible. One Seminar at Sea submission request per travel advisor, per year is permitted.

Requesting one of these voyages does not guarantee placement on said voyage. The voyage must be approved based on qualified space availability after the entry has been internally verified. The Cruise Fare amount for the stateroom is listed in the table above, listed in US Dollars and includes the Princess Plus fare package. Costs above are based on double occupancy unless otherwise selected. Single supplement fees are dependent upon the voyage. In addition, the Applicant is responsible for  transportation to/from the ship, and any other onboard expenditures associated with the Seminar at Sea Booking. Full payment for the Seminar at Sea Booking is required within 7 days. The Applicant must be the primary guest on the Seminar at Sea Booking. If, at any time up to embarkation, the Applicant cannot sail, the Seminar at Sea Booking will be cancelled and forfeited. Please do NOT make multiple submission requests - we are working in the order in which they have been received. Please wait to hear from Sales Administration directly before requesting changes.

BOOKINGS | Cruise selection for the Seminar at Sea Booking is capacity controlled, subject to availability, and cabin assignment is done by Princess. Existing bookings cannot be converted to the Seminar at Sea Bookings. Once the Seminar at Sea Booking number has been issued, no changes can be made from the selected voyage. Guest changes/additions/cancellation to the Seminar at Sea Booking must be submitted by email to Sales Administration princess-sales@princesscruises.com once you have received a booking number. 

Seminar at Sea is extended to travel advisors aged 18+ in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and is not transferable. The Applicant for the Seminar at Sea Booking must be an active registered travel advisor on POLAR OnlineĀ®. Please do not ask for any cabin upgrades when onboard and there should be no solicitation of guests.

CANCELLATION | Seminar at Sea Bookings are subject to the same Standard Policy for Guest Cancellations, Refunds & Final Payment for all Princess bookings found at this link. Princess Plus and/or Premier packages, as well as any additional optional add-ons (i.e. transfers, airfare, onboard services, etc.) would all be subject to that policy and cancellation schedule detailed at this link.
