Refund Inquiry - Refund Status

Please complete the below form to request a pre-cruise refund for an overage on the booking.

Please note, basic booking refunds typically take approximately 10-15 business days to appear back on the credit card that the refund was issued to. This time frame includes the refund process time and the time that it takes for the bank to apply the refund to the account.

If the refund is from an onboard folio, guests will automatically receive a check in the mail from Bottomline Technologies approximately 6-8 weeks post sailing. Filling out this form will not expedite the process.

If the refund is for Out of Pocket Expenses and guests have sent in receipts, refunds are processed in the order they are received. Due to the high volume of requests, this can take longer than expected. Filling out this form does not expedite the process.
